It shall be unlawful for any person to tear down, remove, destroy, change or deface any stop, no parking, or traffic sign erected by the city in the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an automobile motor vehicle or motorcycle into or through the school zone in the city at a speed exceeding 20 miles per hour.

The city marshal is authorized to erect stop, no parking and traffic signs in the city, for direction to automobile and vehicle traffic at such places about the streets, alleys and public places of the city as directed by the governing body when in the judgment of the governing body, such places should have such signs for the protection of the public.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park any automobile or vehicle in the city in disregard of or contrary to the direction or instruction of any traffic or no parking sign erected by the city.

Parking upon the streets of the city at any place within the street right-of-way, whether upon the traveled or paved portion or otherwise, by all motor vehicles, including but not limited to trucks, truck tractors, trailers, or any combination having a weight, either loaded or unloaded, exceeding 10,000 pounds, is prohibited; except commercial and delivery vehicles may stand or be parked upon the streets to take on or discharge loads, or load or unload merchandise or materials provided the driver or some person in charge of such vehicle shall constantly be present or available to remove such vehicle in an emergency; and the vehicle shall be removed immediately upon being loaded or unloaded as the case may be.
